いつの間にか七夕が近づいているということで、

私はかつてスタンダードやディズニーに興味がなかったのでこの曲との出会いはLinda Ronstadtのこのアルバムでした。アルバム（当時はLPレコード）の1曲目のこの曲にノックアウトされました。

Lindaは"What's New" "Lush Life" とのスタンダード3部作を発表していて、私はアナログ時代は3枚ともLPレコードで購入して愛聴していました。

What's Newのヒットによってネルソン・リドル・オーケストラと共に日本公演を行いそれを聴けたのも今となっては良い思い出です。
ディズニーのスタンダード曲に目覚めたのはそれから20年ほど後のことです。
